Orders and Deliveries

Provided the product is in stock, you will receive your order within 7 working days (UK Mainland deliveries). Should your item be temporarily out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible of any anticipated delay to your order. Products requiring to be created carry a lead time of 3-6+ weeks (for example Mairi Helena fabric and wallpaper which are largely printed to order). Credit and debit card orders are securely processed by Paypal. A delivery charge will be applied at the checkout as appropriate. UK mainland shipping costs are from £4.95 per order.

Mairi Helena operates by a courier postal service and so your package may require a signature to acknowledge delivery.

The signature of the person accepting the delivery at the delivery address will be proof that the product has been received by you or the person, to whom the order is addressed. If no one is available to accept the delivery, you will receive a card notifying you of attempted delivery. All risks in the products we supply to you, in particular the risk of any loss or damage, shall pass to you on the delivery of the product to the address you specify in your order.

Delay of Delivery

We will endeavour to deliver your item within the specified time scales. However we shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance for any cause beyond Mairi Helena’s control.

International Orders

Mairi Helena welcomes International orders. Shipping costs are variable to overall weight of the final order and are outlined upon confirmation of address details entered at the shopping cart. 

Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of larger items. Should you have any queries upon shipping and costs then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns Policy

We will happily offer an exchange or refund on most items within 14 days of the purchase date. Products which we are unable exchange, refund or cancel are:

  • Products which have been personalised for you

  • Made-to-order or measure products, for example any cut merchandise such as Fabrics

  • We are not under obligation to accept return of surplus wallpaper rolls that have been ordered in error

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If a product is faulty, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Goods that have experienced reasonable wear and tear will not be considered faulty. The item is considered your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. However delivery charges will of course be refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.

We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time at our discretion without notice to you. Any amendments will be posted here and will supersede any terms and conditions previously published by us.
