This design takes inspiration from the fresh new shoots and branches of the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh’s "Golden Rain Tree" (Koelreuteria paniculata) in Spring. Intertwined are golden horse chestnut leaves which tumble through the background. Printed on a luxury fibrous paper to allow glimpses of gold to shine through.

Inspired by summer strolls through many a garden visited through Scotland’s Garden Scheme as well as Edinburgh allotment gardens, watching the bees buzz amongst the petals.

This wallpaper is EXTRA WIDE at 70cm compared to my standard 52cm wallpapers. The background vertical repeat is 150cm. However the foreground of the design doesn’t repeat throughout its 12m length. This means that the foreground pattern will vary between different finished walls depending on the cut drops.*
