Here we would like to set out the terms and conditions under which we, Mairi Helena, operate. If you browse this website and place an order, you are agreeing to comply with these terms and conditions as explained below. Our VAT number is 164 4241 23.
PRODUCT AND THE WEBSITE
Mairi Helena reserves the right to change the website at any time. All prices shown include VAT but do not include delivery costs.
The photographs on this website are representations of the product and the product received may differ slightly in appearance due to the handmade nature of the work. The representation of the colours are as accurate as the photographic process will reasonably allow.
Photographs on this website are not to scale and so please check the product dimensions before purchasing.
If we are unable to supply the products, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given if you have already paid for the products.
We reserve the right to cancel purchases for any reason and provide a full refund if payment has been made.
ORDERS & DELIVERY
Provided the product is in stock, you will receive your order within 7 working days (UK Mainland deliveries). Should your item be temporarily out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible of any anticipated delay to your order. Products requiring to be created carry a lead time of 3-4 weeks.
Credit and debit card orders are securely processed by Paypal.
A delivery charge will be applied at the checkout as appropriate.
Postcard and greeting card gift box collections are delivered by Royal Mail. The standard cost for one item is £3.50. Larger orders are £5.95. These costs are applicable to UK Mainland only. Wall art orders are subject to courier service at £10.75 and will require a signature to acknowledge delivery.
The signature of the person accepting the delivery at the delivery address will be proof that the product has been received by you or the person, to whom the order is addressed. If no one is available to accept the delivery, you will receive a card notifying you of attempted delivery.
All risks in the products we supply to you, in particular the risk of any loss or damage, shall pass to you on the delivery of the product to the address you specify in your order.
Mairi Helena welcomes International orders. Shipping costs are variable to overall weight of the final order and are outlined upon confirmation of address details entered at the shopping cart. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of larger items (i.e. wall art canvases and frames). We will happily exchange most items within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds will not be given unless items are faulty or not as described or fall under the Distance Selling Act.
Products which we are unable exchange, refund or cancel are: –

– Made to order or measure products
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If a product is faulty, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Goods that have experienced reasonable wear and tear will not be considered faulty.
The item is considered your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time at our discretion without notice to you. Any amendments will be posted here and will supersede any terms and conditions previously published by us.
